Huon pine slab 56, 2000 x 290 x 35mm Birdseye Burl

Description

Huon Pine slab 56, 2000mm long, widths 250-300-300mm average width 290mm, 35mm thick, weight 13.1kg. Very high quality Birdseye Burl slab from the outer edge of the tree. Good natural wandering natural edges. Would make an interesting piece if the voids were filled with resin with many Birdseye Burl islands. Please look carefully because this slab had other slabs underneath when the photo was taken. You can request high resolution photos if required. Has some voids which is normal for Birdseye burl and would suit to be resin filled. The width measurements are not the absolute width because the lumps and bumps are not usually measured as part of the width. Has been skim dressed on one side to show features.
