Joining up narrow slabs

Shortly when time permits we will be joining some narrower slabs from the same logs so we can supply slabs up to a metre in width. Logs a metre in width are a thing of the past and when they are offered they attract a premium price. Far more economical is to offer say two slabs from the same log joined in the middle using the Festool Domino system because these are much stronger resulting in a better join than the biscuits. Joining two narrower slabs from the same log has little colour variation and requires close inspection to find the join.
