Bread knife

Description

Hot bread knife will cut bread even hot with ease. Overall length 430mm (43cm) cut length 230mm (23cm) slice thickness up to 9mm (0.9cm) knife thickness 15mm (1.5cm). Available in right or left handed.

Best blade cover on the market being easy to put on and off. These knives are extremely sharp and have seen some blade covers offered a real risk putting the cover back on.

Note, as with all of this style of knife will cut to within about 2mm of the bottom of the loaf, it will require the loaf to be lifted or rotated slightly to cut all the way through.
